2023-07-25 — Add capability for Lightweight Frontend Experience Elements

Adds the ability to add, edit, and delete Checkout Lightweight Frontend Experience (LiFE) Elements.

LiFE elements can be added to a variety of locations on the one page and three page checkout experience frontends. Types of elements include text, text input fields, checkboxes, and HTML.
